We have several options to help cut costs. Since we mill your order, we've already saved the cost of a third party sawmill. No middleman means more savings for you.
We mill ALL FULL sized lumber, which includes:

8" x 8" x 8 foot Posts
6" x 6" cross beams and supports
3" x 4" roof trusses
​
We have never built two just alike, so do not hesitate to contact us with the size and style you would like!

Pre-Fab
This kit will come pre-cut, stained (color of your choice), and marked, ready for quick assembly.
Black asphalt shingles will be included. (additional charge for different color shingles or metal roofing)
Also includes a box of timber screws for assembly
